FOR SENIOR LIVING SALES TEAMS

Lead follow-up and tour scheduling for senior living communities.

Give your sales team more time with families.

We reconnect with existing inquiries, coordinate tours, and give your team clear notes for the next conversation. Start by discussing where follow-up support would help your community.

WHAT WE DO

Your leads deserve
another conversation.

A focused service built around the inquiries your community already has.

01 / REACTIVATION

Reconnect with older leads

Reach back out to families who previously inquired. Learn whether their plans have changed and identify those who would welcome another conversation.

02 / FOLLOW-UP

Keep inquiries moving

Follow your approved messaging, answer basic community questions, and coordinate the next step without leaving families wondering what happens next.

03 / COORDINATION

Make the handoff easy

Schedule tours within your team's availability and record useful notes: preferences, timing, questions, and the follow-up your salesperson should know about.

OUR APPROACH

A clear plan.
A personal conversation.

We start by understanding your follow-up needs, then agree on the inquiry group, approved messages, and a practical handoff to your sales team.

Your community stays in control of care assessments, pricing, admissions, and move-in decisions.

  1. Agree on the scope

Choose the inquiry group, approved channels, contact rules, tour criteria, and your team's availability.

  2. Reconnect thoughtfully

Follow the agreed plan, respect opt-outs, and focus on families who are open to speaking with your community.

  3. Hand over the context

Share clear notes and scheduled visits so your sales director can pick up the conversation naturally.

  4. Review what happened

Look at contacts reached, conversations, tours booked, and tours attended. Decide what to improve together.

START SMALL

One community.
One focused pilot.

Start with a 30-day lead follow-up project before committing to ongoing support. We'll define the workload and service fee together, based on your inquiry volume and coverage needs.

Your quote sets the inquiry volume, approved channels, coverage hours, fee, and reporting schedule. Launch timing and any ongoing support are agreed before work begins.

Discuss your needs
30-DAY PILOT

A clear scope from day one.

  • An agreed group of existing inquiries
  • Community-approved messages and FAQs
  • Defined tour criteria and calendar access
  • CRM updates or an agreed reporting format
  • A closing review of activity and outcomes
  • Written agreement on fees, coverage, and next steps

Fictional example: A family is considering a move in the next two months and would like to visit on a weekday afternoon. They asked about apartment availability and monthly pricing. Your salesperson should confirm those details before the tour.

Tour bookings and move-ins depend on family interest, availability, and community fit. No guaranteed results.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Are you a placement or referral agency?

This service supports a community's existing inquiries. It does not compare communities for families or sell new leads. Fees are agreed for the defined follow-up service.

Who will oversee my project?

Christian is your initial contact for discussing the pilot. The people delivering the service, supervision, coverage, and escalation arrangements will be confirmed in the written scope before work starts.

Can you contact every old lead in our CRM?

No. Inquiry age, permission, prior opt-outs, contact restrictions, and applicable requirements must be reviewed before outreach. We agree on the eligible group and excluded records before starting.

What does a pilot cost?

A fee is quoted after reviewing workload, inquiry volume, channels, and coverage. The written scope explains included work, any additional charges, and the terms for ending or continuing service. There is no published fixed-price package at this stage.

Who is this service for?

Senior-living communities looking for support with existing sales inquiries. We'll confirm your community type, inquiry volume, workflow, and needs before agreeing to a pilot.

Do you generate new leads?

The initial service focuses on the leads your community already has. Advertising, purchased lead lists, and new lead generation are outside the pilot scope.

What counts as a qualified tour?

We agree on that together before starting. Criteria can include the family's expressed interest, timing, community fit, and a confirmed appointment. Booked and attended tours are tracked separately.

Can you work with our CRM?

We'll review your system and access requirements during setup. If direct access isn't appropriate, we can agree on a reporting format and handoff process instead.

How do you handle sensitive information?

We define permitted data, access, tools, and confidentiality requirements before receiving inquiry information. Please don't send resident records or health information through this website. Any required agreements must be in place before service begins.

Will families speak to a person?

Personal conversations are central to the service. Any AI-assisted tools and communication methods are agreed with the community in advance; we don't make clinical or admission decisions.

LET'S FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

Let’s talk about
your community.

Tell Christian where follow-up support would help. The first conversation covers your inquiry backlog, current process, and whether a pilot is a good fit. You can ask questions before deciding on a project.
